We currently ship to all 50 US states. We're not shipping internationally just yet — but we're working on it.
Orders placed Monday through Friday are dispatched the same day whenever possible. Orders placed over the weekend go out the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.
If a piece doesn't earn its place, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No forms to fill, no hoops to jump through.
Just reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we'll take it from there.
Once your return is on its way, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, let us know and we'll reship it, free. That's the deal.
